Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact hello@madeleinesywulak.com with details about your order, what you would like to return and why. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your product. You are responsible for return shipping costs. The refund will only be applicable for the returned goods. All returned items must be in original condition, unused, complete with original tags and/or packaging. Goods purchased on sale are final sale and therefore, non-returnable. Please make sure all returned items are well packed to ensure their safe return. It is advised to return items with trackable, insured service. Madeleine Sywulak is not responsible for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
